The Romantics to play free concert downtown PDF Print E-mail

FORT WAYNE — A free August concert downtown will feature the 1980s band The Romantics and Brother.

Gates open for the 6 p.m. 21 and over concert at Harrison and Columbia streets Aug. 14.
 
The Romantics hit it big in the 80s with singles like “What I Like About You” and “Talking in Your  Sleep.”
 
Columbia Street along with Harrison, between Main and Superior, will be closed off for the night. The event also will include food and drink vendors. Free parking is available on the city streets as well as the City-County parking garage.
